A Friend and I

This is Mrs. Europe, Wendy Sledd, also our batallion FRG leader. She is the only American and military spouse to ever hold the title Mrs. Germany and Mrs. Europe. She is going to Florida next month to compete in the Galaxy International pageant where I truly wish her the best of luck.

Bumper cars

Here are a few bumper car pictures

Last year when we went to this fair, Les bought this huge beer and we got to keep the mug. Since he wasn't here this year, I bought one to get another mug, but the beer had to go:) Yes, I poured it all out...

View from the top!

these pictures are all from Jupiter...

Me and Sara

this is Lucas's school to the far left, military housing in the middle, and the gym and bowling alley to the right...

the big blue building in the picture is supposedly the tallest building in Schweinfurt...

the nuclear plant...

roller coaster pictures

this wasn't really a roller coaster, but just a small ride at the fair

going inside the jaws...

Kentucky Derby down below

Pictures from the fair

The goal of this game was not to his the weight all the way to the top, but to try and get it to stop on the points or the stars. In this picture, Nathan hit a star!

Lucas hit 30 points here and once it went all the way up which is "0" points.

We thought this was funny...

Here's the ferris wheel "Jupiter" we rode.

Another funny game...

This is a mini roller coaster we rode, most of it was in the dark with scary things jumping out at you. I have some pictures of inside it also...

New PTA Board for Schweinfurt Elem School

We are the new board for the Schweinfurt Elementary School for SY 07-08. Pictured from left to right:
Kendra, secretary; Stephanie 1st VP; Carrie, outgoing president; Rushell, Treasurer; and myself, president.
This was at the EPTA conference in Garmisch.

Garmisch, Germany

Here's a few pictures from our trip to Garmisch last week. Me and the boys spent three days there as a part of the chaplain's family retreat paid for by our batallion. And Nathan and I stayed another four days to attend the European PTA conference. Lucas left on Monday and stayed with a friend of his until I got home.
